CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we’ve created the following Cancellation, Refund & Return policy. If you have any questions regarding the policy, please give us a call at 9100077407. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed by us. No refund will be issue in this regard

Cancellation of advance orders ( 24 hours prior to delivery) can be considered for refund and the refund process has been mentioned below

For Refunds:

For debit or credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the cancellation and refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days according to your banking institution. 

For cash payments, you will be refunded the cancellation item’s sales price amount as a store credit and will issue store credit coupons for the same

Wrong delivery orders:


If you receive food that is different from your receipt and the mistake was made by our restaurant, please contact us immediately. Our delivery agent will deliver the correct item to you or we can provide a store credit coupon.
If you wish to have the correct item re-delivered, please exchange the incorrect item to the delivery agent upon arrival to process the return. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund/exchange or store credit.

Pick-Up Items:

 

We are not responsible for the damage of any food items once the order is picked up by the customer and leave our restaurant.


Please note: We strive to prepare and package our pick-up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.


Food Dissatisfaction:

Our dishes are freshly made per order using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Refunds are not accepted for food items that a customer does not like, and the comparison to other restaurants for different spices or ingredients are not accepted. Please visit our website for our current menu prices and item descriptions for more detail.

Cancel Order:


We cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is confirmed by us. 

All store credit coupons expire within 60 days of the original purchase. To redeem for store credit coupon, please call our restaurant directly at 9100077407.

As a private business, it is the right of the restaurant to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the clause in the Cancellation Policy, we will not be able to conduct future business with you.
