Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that in case of any dispute you will be governed by the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Limitation of Liability

SEPL will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or any other damages resulting from:

• Any other matter relating to the services including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Services. SEPL shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Services during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the Services. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded at the Website or the Mobile App is done entirely at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your devices or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. Disclaimers

SEPL reserves the right to limit the quantity of any given product that you can purchase.

While SEPL takes precautions to ensure that the information (pricing, images, description, colour and other defining attributes of the product) about products is accurate, however in cases where there is an inadvertent inaccuracy, SEPL will not be liable for such inaccuracy. SEPL shall take corrective actions, wherever possible, but reserves the right to cancel the order.
